To ensure a smooth, safe and personalised experience for every client, please take a moment to read these policies before booking.

24 hours' notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.
No deposit is required, but a card is held securely on file at booking.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.
